Privacy Policy

Traders Giving Day (“we”, “us”) runs this website to collect pledges for a one-day charity event on November 11, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information.
What we collect
When you make a pledge, you give us:
- your first name, last name and email address;
- your pledge: a percentage of profits or a dollar amount;
- whether you chose to receive the 11/11 reminder and updates, and the time you chose it;
- the time you submitted the form.
We do not collect payments on this site. We never ask for card numbers, bank details or trading account information.
How we use it
- To record your pledge and send you a confirmation of what you pledged.
- To email you the giving link at 11:11 a.m. ET on November 11, 2026.
- If you opted in, to send you the reminder and updates about Traders Giving Day and Aerial Recovery. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We use your information for nothing else.
Who handles it
We do not share your personal information with anyone for their own purposes. A small number of trusted service providers handle it on our behalf, only so the site can work: for example, to deliver your pledge to us, to host the site, and to send you email. Your contact information will not be used for anything else.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Links to other sites
The page links to Aerial Recovery (aerialrecovery.org), its giving page at GiveLively, and a Google Drive media kit. When you give, the gift and your details go to Aerial Recovery and its giving provider, not to us, and their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep pledge information for as long as we need it to run Traders Giving Day and follow up on it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it, or by replying and asking us to stop.
- Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at holly@nonprofitmatchmaker.com, or reply to any email we send you about Traders Giving Day, and we will act on your request.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
