Effective November 3, 2026
These terms apply when you use tradersgivingday.com (the “site”) and make a pledge for Traders Giving Day on November 11, 2026. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
Traders Giving Day is a one-day charity event. Traders are invited to give a percentage of their profits from the 9:30 to 11:11 a.m. ET market-open window on November 11, 2026, or a set dollar amount, to Aerial Recovery and its Heal the Heroes program. This site lets you tell us what you plan to give.
A pledge is not a payment
- A pledge is a statement of intent. It is not a charge, a donation or a binding contract. We do not collect or process money on this site.
- Any gift is made by you, directly to Aerial Recovery, through its giving page. That gift is handled by Aerial Recovery and its giving provider under their own terms and policies.
- You are free to change your mind. Pledging earns you a reminder and nothing more.
- We do not issue tax receipts and make no statement about whether a gift is tax-deductible. Ask Aerial Recovery or your tax adviser.
Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and nothing here recommends any trade or strategy. Trading involves risk, including the loss of money. Profits are never guaranteed, and a pledge of a percentage of profits means a pledge of a percentage of whatever you actually make, if anything. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and for following the laws and rules that apply to you.
Using the site
- Give us accurate information and use your own name and email address.
- Do not submit information about someone else without their permission.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, send automated or spam submissions, or probe it for weaknesses.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information.
Content and brand
The Traders Giving Day name, logo and page design belong to the Traders Giving Day organizers. Aerial Recovery and Heal the Heroes are names of their respective owners, and we use them only to describe the cause. You may share the page and the media kit to promote the day. Please do not change the logo or suggest that anyone else endorses it.
Third-party links
The site links to services we do not run, including Aerial Recovery, GiveLively and Google Drive. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that every pledge will be received. If something fails, we may ask you to pledge again.
Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Traders Giving Day and its organizers are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your trading, from a gift you make to anyone, or from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and using the site afterward means you accept it.
